How it Works

Registering for the conference earns you one ticket. Booking a room at the hotel earns you a second ticket. Earlybird bonus, if you register by midnight cst on October 10th, 2023, you receive a third ticket.

Tickets for all prizes, will be pulled at the dinner Saturday night.

​

Tickets for the one on ones and other extras during the event will be pulled on Thursday at the Welcome Cocktail Party (this prizes to be determined.)

The winner will receive a 30-minute Zoom or telephone conversation with an agent
Prize #2
The winner will receive a set of The School for Good and Evil series signed by the Author.
Prize #3
Bain Books editor David Butler will critique the first 50 pages of your manuscript.

William Joseph Roberts, Three Ravens Publishing with critique your manuscript.

A copy of Chicago Story Press creative non-fiction anthology series signed by the editors.

In Conference Prizes

Prize # 1

The winners will receive a 15-minute private session with Dan Cramer, founder of Page Turner Literary Agency to develope an elevator pitch and log line for your project.

Prize # 2

The lucky raffle winner will have the opportunity to privately discuss their writing and writing career with the founder of Three Ravens Publishing. You will discuss branding, style, writing to market, and more to help you along on your writer's journey.

Prize # 3

Two winners will have the honor of sitting at Soman Chainani's table at Saturday's lunch.

 

Prize # 4

A private sit-down with agent Danielle Egan-Miller. At the conference if schedules allow, otherwise by phone after the confernce

The Fine Print

  • Attendees must have paid their registration fee to the In The Trenches With The Writer 2023 conference in full by noon on Thursday, November2nd, 2023.

  • Timelines for manuscript critiques will be at the discretion of the editors.

  • Any one on ones are subject change or cancelation.

  • You do not need to be present at the drawings to win.

  • There is no monetary value attached to any of these prizes.
